1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most customers receive their order within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster (3–6 business days).
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.
5. What age are these ride-on toys suitable for?
We offer ride-on toys for various ages:
- 12–24 months (foot-to-floor cars & push toys)
- 2–4 years (balance bikes & toddler scooters)
- 3–6 years (larger ride-ons and scooters)

6. Are your ride-on toys safe?
Yes. All products meet or exceed ASTM and CPSC safety standards. They are tested for stability, load capacity, and material safety.
7. Do the ride-on toys require assembly?
Most models require light assembly. Clear instructions and necessary tools are included. Assembly is usually simple and can be done in 10–30 minutes.
8. What materials are your ride-on toys made from?
We use premium, non-toxic materials including sturdy ABS plastic, strong metal frames, non-slip wheels, and soft EVA foam seats for comfort and safety.
9. Are they suitable for indoor and outdoor use?
Yes. Most of our ride-ons can be used both indoors (on hard floors) and outdoors (on smooth pavement). Please avoid rough surfaces like gravel or grass.
10. Do you offer weight limits for the ride-ons?
Yes. Each product has a clearly stated maximum weight capacity (usually between 30–66 lbs depending on the model).
11. Are the scooters and ride-ons adjustable?
Many of our balance bikes and scooters feature height-adjustable handles and seats so they can grow with your child.
12. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
13. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track it anytime in your account under “Order History”.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
15. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
